先來重頭戲八色小籠包,八種不同的顏色化表不同的味道,白色是原味;綠色是人參;啡色是鵝肝;黑色是黑松露;黃色是芝士,橙色是蟹粉;灰色是蒜香,皮薄、肉鮮又多湯汁,除了原味外,其他味道也不建議點醬汁,因為本身已好夠味,一啖一個好美味。

蟹粉的鮮味十分,而且炒飯夠乾身,粒粒分明,但我嫌鹹了些少,如淡味少少更能味蟹粉突出,蟹粉炒飯要襯熱食,不然會有腥味。
李白醉雞
加了$10要脾位,花雕味很香純,平時最怕醉雞酒味太強烈,這次剛剛好而且入曬雞件里。 雞肉肉質細滑,鮮味十足。

光看外表很有光澤而且顏色很靚,最重要是肥瘦層層分明,簡直引人食慾!紅燒肉的味道带少少甜和花椒八角味,食落肥而不膩,肥的部份入口即溶,瘦的部份肉質嫰滑。配白飯一流!

一看就知好滑,蛋白加生蛋黃,加上少少醋酸,好開胃!蛋白好滑可見廚師功架老練,不要搞拌太多出水,而且要襯熱食。
